In 2020, the University declared a climate emergency and has ambitious plans to be carbon net zero by 2035. Green Lancaster is a partnership between the University and the Students’ Union to provide education and engagement experiences for the sustainable development era.

Lancaster has eight undergraduate colleges to choose from, all of which have their own identity, social scene and facilities. The colleges play an integral role in enriching your university experience.
